The service was exceptional and the associate was thorough and explained the different types of shoes. I have very complex spinal issues. Shoes are important for my health. I love my new Brooks. My only critique is I would like to see you carry more stock with a variety of colors and choices. What you carry in the store is very limited.
Grace was unbelievable in her customer service. Great to work with and enjoyed the banter with her. First visit to store to get pair of On Cloud for my wife and ended up with a pair myself (my 5th). Great store and we will be back.

Love the custom foot mapping, the customer service is amazing. I had previously bought a pair of Karhu’s and wanted the same style, I walked into the store showed the associate my shoes. She knew exactly what shoe and insert I wanted. I was in and had exactly what I wanted within 10 minutes.
