Great shoes and other products and even better service -- Eryn Groh is THE BEST!!! She's patient, knowledgeable, and is incredibly helpful!
The salesperson that I worked with seemed lost when I told him I wasn't sure what I wanted or needed. I had a $15 reward that I wanted to spend. I was not sure what I wanted. I did not need shoes, but maybe sandals would work. Measured my foot and did walk assessment and explained that. I found a pair of Oophas to try, wanted to try another color which didn't fit the same. I was told they were unisex style and ran larger. This despite the fact that the sizing listed was the same. Basically I didn't enjoy his attitude. My husband came in to join me and my salesperson was very assertive to take control of his presence when another salesperson spoke to him. I ended up with a pair of Oophas ( I know it's spelled wrong) . Didn't enjoy the experience. No offerings were made of anything that might be available to spend my $ on.
If this was my first experience in the store, I would not be back.

I just feel in love with running this year at the age of 43. I've done 3 5Ks and placed in the top 10 in two. I'm addicted. Also, I've been running "any old shoe."
My experience at Fleet Feet was excellent. My sales associate was Ivan and he displayed his passion for running as well as an impressive amount of wisdom. He helped me feel welcome, encouraged me and got me into the best shoes.

We went to Fleetfeet because of the quality fitting experience from the last time. Very extensive enablling Robin to get shoes that fit and were very comfortable. We had a very patient and courteous associate this time and once again Robin left with great shoes and good memories. From the first moment we walked into the shop we had a great experience with staff. Friendly and helpful in all ways
Boulder Running has that small business, home town feeling when you shop there. Important to keep that.

The employees that helped me get new shoes were super down to earth and helpful! I was anxious about how much I’d end up spending as a college student but the assistant helped me find options on sale and I got super amazing and comfortable shoes for not that much!
Ed in Oakley is the best. I have been having foot problems for years. He spent over and hour with me and helped me find the correct shoes and inserts.
