I went to buy shoes and was told that you don't have my size in stock as it's not a size you carry. This is the first time every this has been said, I've been buying my shoes here for years, The size I wear a 6.5 wide, not that uncommon. It would be nice to have you start carrying shoe sizes that your customers wear.
I am not the only customer this has happened with, then to be told "I can try to order them from Fleet Feet's website if you want"; if I wanted to order them I would have done that from my home.
Chandler helped me and he was amazing! The entire process was relaxing and informative. My sister and I took our parents for shoes & we all had amazing experiences with the team. We all bought 2 pairs of shoes each and will definitely be back!

The associate did a great job of listening to my issues/needs before developing a plan of action. Explaining what each portion of the scan meant helped me understand why certain brands/types of shoes we recommended.

Definitely not the experience and level of personalized service that I’ve had on two previous visits. I had to ask for a foot scan instead of it being offered(just wanted to see if my feet had gotten worse). The staff member didn’t make many recommendations for alternative shoe styles/ makers outside of the two brands of shoes I’ve purchased there previously.

Knowledgeable staff. Sophisticated tests to learn one’s foot issues. They spent more time with me than the foot doctor! Narrowing down the recommended shoes was helpful. Prices comparable to other shoe stores.
I liked the foot diagnostic and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. There’s also a large selection of brands and styles.
