Harrison did a fantastic job fitting my wife. His process was much more thorough than my experience in the Wilmington NC store. We didn’t feel rushed and got what we needed.
Your sales kid didn't seem to be very interested in his job. I brought my inlaws in, who had never been there, expecting the full evaluation but I had to prod the kid into what I thought might be best for them. Not the kind of service I've come to expect from Fleet Feet. I only hope the 2 pairs we bought turn out well.

The customer service was exceptional. Our girl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She had a friendly attitude and was very patient and accommodating. The shoe selection however, was pretty limited. Several models that we liked we out of our size.
Great selection of high quality footwear, and a staff that really knows how to fit shoes. The last few years, I’ve bought several pairs of shoes from Aaron, and those are the shoes I wear all the time.
