The Customer Service Tech, Nick, took his time with me and explained everything to me about my feet. I never had a 3D Scan on my feet and that was very helpful in determining which shoe was the best for me. I have already recommended FLEET FEET to three friends!

I like that the store is designed to have a salesperson help you, and the person who helped me at the Tupelo, MS store was great. His name was Hunter, and he was incredibly polite and helpful even though it took half an hour or more.
