The service is exceptional and the inventory is high quality.
I like fleet feet very much and appreciate the good customer service and the customer rewards program. I am very lucky and can afford to buy whatever shoes I want. Unless my friends or family were serious runners, I could not recommend fleet feet due to prices. But for people who run a lot the shoes are worth the investment!! And the service etc. Are great. I hope this makes sense.

The employees really want to make sure they get you the right shoe. They take their time with you and make sure you are happy. The name brands they sell are very good products.
Customer service is great and workers are quick to assist customers. They are knowledgeable about the running world and are able to provide informed recommendations on products and shoes. This store also had a great varied selection of shoes and other running products in stock.

I am a regular Fleet Feet customer and have always liked the running gear and the running pros who help sell at the Huntsville store.
This Saturday, June 10th, I came into the Huntsville Fleet Feet to exchange a recently purchased online pair of Hoka's, there was a defect in the tongue.
I was going to go with a wider set of Hoka's, same style and Ben (Fleet Feet associate) asked why I was going 4E wide. I advised that I had a toe rub and he suggested, without selling or pressure, that I might want to try Altra's latest competitor to Hoka Bondi. I tried it on and it was great. Ben did not push me into changing my mind, he just offered the comparisons. If Ben had not taken the time, I would have swapped out the Hoka's and been slightly satisfied, but now I am 100% satisfied. I wanted to recognize Ben and his great attitude. It's confirmed that Fleet Feet is my only running shoe shop, online or in person. Thanks

You have good quality products, but also important is your well-trained and helpful staff. Everytime I go into the Oak Park store, I marvel at how knowledgeable they are.
0 carbon plate running shoes in the store. The sales girl said i gottcha 25 times that i counted and didnt say anything else. Didnt bother to give me advice or any knowlege of shoes. I did better in Valpo.
