This was my first time at Fleet Foot and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and carefully explained how the analysis works for identifying the best shoe for my running experience. I would highly recommend Fleet Foot for someone looking to have the perfect shoe.

I like the way you measure the feet and determination me the pressure points on the feet. You are well recommended by people I trust. I wish that some of the more experienced salesman had helped the salesman that I had. He was trying very hard but had not been trained enough to be doing a new customer by himself. The manager should do some training with new salesman. My salesman is willing to learn. Thank you for your time.

I bought inserts and read my email from Fleet Feet when I got home. The inserts I bought for $55 are on sale. I checked the receipt and was not given the discount. Seems a hassle to return to the store as it is not that close.
I was not overly impressed with the sales girl I had . Maybe she was new but it seemed like I had to always ask questions to get information. I came to this store because I needed the experts advise as my doctor referral . While trying out some shoes, I was looking at several items in the store and was then getting good information from another older sales lady, NOT the girl I was with .. For that reason I purchased some flip flops along with the sneakers I bought. I don’t even know the name of the sale girl I had as she did not introduce herself during the time she spent with me , nor even at the checkout payment. Again after I paid for my purchases I continued to look around and she stood by and watched me without a word. I would have possibly purchased another item but no one came to help me so I left the store. If she works on commission too bad she could have made a bigger sale then the $ 240 I already spent . I am not one to usually complain since I also am in sales but for the amount of money I spent in an hour I don’t feel her service was very helpful or adequate . I will return to to store in the future but will not have that salesperson wait on me.

Great employees. However they are still struggling to have things in stock. Some shoes I could not try and the ones I settled o - different color from the display, still had to be ordered.
I did not get to try on a brand I was interested in as my size was not available.
