The salesperson tried to get us to try on a size smaller than we requested. Then she didn’t seem to be knowledgeable at all, my child seemed to know more about the shoes than she did. I was let down, I wouldn’t refer the store to anyone really.

I like the way the staff explained me about my feet and what best suits for me. Even when I said I’m still planning whether to buy or not the staff was cool with it and the way they treated the customers is really outstanding, Even if I have option to buy some where else and save money I would rather prefer to buy here. I feel rather than saving money customer satisfaction is more important.

Typically the selection is great. I enjoy the ability to have my feet scanned and specific shoe recommendations. The employees are nearly always some of the most wonderful people I have met.
