very helpful and knowledgeable staff...My only suggestion would be to have a better selection at stores so people don't have to drive to different stores to get what they want...Having a shoe like the Hoka Clifton 9 only available in one color doesn't make sense to me
The scan of my feet where you walk back & forth was not completed. I’m not sure I was sold the correct size. I’m also not happy about being asked to walk barefoot across the floor. I wasn’t sure the mat was cleaned before I walked across it. It was cleaned afterwards.
I appreciate the sales during the Memorial Day weekend and the addition of new apparel. The Bakline Sweatershirt I got was great. I also appreciate that all the top end racing shoes are in the store.

I was introduced to some new socks. There was a sale on them that if you buy 3 you get 1 free. However, before I spend that much on socks, I wanted to try them out on a run/workout. It would be nice if I could then buy the other 2 and get 1 free.
I love the details put into helping choose a shoe and accessories in each store along with all of the recommendations and advice when requested.

I enjoy coming into the store to learn from the Fleet Feet Team. The Sarasota Team Members are wonderful humans. When I’m in the store I feel the sense of being a part of something, a palpable belonging to a shared passion, and I really appreciate it.
They always show me what I need for my next level or (initially) to heal an injury, and it’s comforting to know I can drop in when needed. Knowing that I have them as a resource gives me courage to risk pushing my edge when I’m training.
Friendly people who really know running and what they are selling. And, they have many community support runs / programs.

Great Experience! Marcus was awesome. I didn't realize I had been wearing the wrong size or type of shoe. He gave me everything I needed to help with my Achilles. It already feels better after just 2 days in the new shoes and Achilles sleeve.

Quality products and staff that knows how to fit shoes. My sales associate, Jodi, was outstanding. She carefully determined my needs and preferences. I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes and four pairs socks.
