Love the one on one fee working with someone until you find the perfect fit. The technology they use to tell you exactly what you need is amazing! I have a horrible time with my feet hurting (I’m only 25) and trying to run has always been a challenge because of it. So I’m so thankful to have a pair that make running so much easier for me!
The Fleet Feet experience is absolutely amazing; not only the buying shoes/apparel aspect obviously, but also the running community that they have created. I have learnt so incredibly much from my running with Fleet Feet. And this past weekend, Luiz was over the top phenomenal on how he assisted my wife with her shoe buying experience; he was knowledgeable, patient, extremely kind, friendly as always. Amazing gentleman, amazing team!

Knowledge of product
Who I talked to made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for stability and cushion for a shoe. The way he said it he belittle or in a condescending way. It was like he didn’t want help me. I picked something out and left.
They made sure I got the right fit.
The products are high quality and the woman who helped us, Mia, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable about the shoes and sandals I was interested in and made the entire experience easy and fun. I would definitely recommend the location (and working with Mia) to family and friends.

I was disappointed that I was not in your system even though I have always bought my shoes with you for years. In the past the associate could see my buying history to help with current choices. Also the sales associate this time seemed less knowledgeable and more rushed to get me out with a sale.

The girl helping us really knew what she was talking about, she seemed to be one with the shoe as if there was a relationship between them. Basically my whole family came in for shoes she she helped all of us and showed us our foot scans and taught us a lot about shoes! The shoes were good, we tried them all on and ran around a little!
