Let the buyer know if you do not have their size according to measurements taken. Don't waste time trying to sell them shoes that do not fit. As you can see according this Volumental my feet is unique 12.5 (B width) very low arch. I don't think you carry them. I been referred to your other stores and gotten the same results. I was unaware that all the shoes I purchased from your stores had been "D" width, my fault, I didn't check, I wear the shoes out the store without the box, assuming the shoes was what I was fitted for, it wasn't until I started have problems with my feet and checked under the tongue of the shoes and saw they are all "D's". But the only thing to improve is tell the buyer you don't have their size or try to find the shoe for them. Other than that your services are beyond great, especially for those who found their fit.

You know tennis shoes! I only tried on 1 shoe and it was perfect!
We got excellent help getting running shoes, the associate took over 30min to help us out.
Hannah was amazing helping me pick out a new pair of shoes. She really took her time to understand my issues and needs, choosing a bunch of pairs in various sizes to try. I am now a whole size larger (!) and my feet feel so different. It's like night and day on my long runs. THANK YOU!
