The two people who helped was kind and listened well and took the time to see what I wanted. So far the shoes and socks is working out well. THE ONLY suggestion - HAVE VELCRO for sneakers not just shoe laces...seniors has hand problems......offer this up and I know your sales will increase 10 fold. I would be a willing paid person to discuss this in more detail. I do like this store....First name removed.
Product :shoe was able to accommodate carbon fiber insert I purchased. I wore it tonight, it’s very comfortable!
Sales agent was very knowledgeable , patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend store and product! He was helpful in that he tried multiple options to make sure I didn’t have pain or tightness .The color was not available at his store but he was able to have the shoes sent from another location . I received them within the week !
I purchased store brand shoes and am very happy with comfort of shoe with insert. The insert is thin and supports my broken toe. The look of the shoe will go with work clothes.

The experience was great! Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy going. Having the staff adjust and hold your shoes while trying them on was a new experience and felt very personalized. Over all great experience and will be returning!
