My granddaughter and I are new customers. I brought her in to the store because she will be a high school freshman running cross country and track. Your employee, Mike, was very knowledgeable, amiable and extremely helpful. He conducted an excellent assessment of her needs, suggested the right product and educated her on using the footwear. He even stayed late (past his shift) to make sure we were well cared for! He said he loves his job--especially helping young athletes starting their sports. His enthusiasm and commitment were evident. You are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
I then had Penny assist me in choosing new shoes for me for walking exercise. Again, very knowledgeable and professional.

I spent nearly and hour with the manager, Greg. He was thorough but not pushy. I purchased a pair of Adidas sport shoes and thus far have been very pleased. The entire experience was professional and very helpful. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Iris at the mill plain store in Vancouver WA was amazing. She took her time and answered all of my questions. She was knowledgeable and professional.
The sales associate at the Oakley location was woefully inexperienced at shoe fitting and sizes. He sold my daughter shoes that are uncomfortable. Her prior pair purchased at the now defunct OBryanville location were perfect and the staff at that location were exceptional experts!
She now has a very expensive but crappy fitting pair of running shoes. We ordered the exact same kind and size she previously had directly from the manufacturer but still are out the time spent and money spent obtaining a crappy fitting but expensive pair of shoes she cannot wear. Ug. We will not be returning and will be finding a new local running shoe store.
Very kind associate. They were honest, knowledgeable, and made me feel worthy of their time. They also had a good sense of humor. I appreciated their help greatly.

Staff is extremely helpful, happy and eager to help anyone who walks in the doors. They didn’t have the color of the shoes I wanted, so the person who helped me called another store and they shipped it to my house. I got my shoes the SAME DAY as when I ordered them. They are on it! Thank you for exceptional customer service

I love the time you take to make sure each customer gets the right shoes for them. I brought my dad in to get new shoes, and I know we were there for almost an hour, and it was at the end of the business day, but he was never rushed and felt great about the shoes and inserts he purchased.
