Very efficient and detailed customer service. The products are exceptionally designed to meet each customer’s specific needs. Just a few minutes after leaving Fleet Feet, I recommend your store to a customer with a foot injury who was shopping for athletic shoes in Marshall’s ! I will definitely be shopping with you again.
Staff took the time to explain the whole fitting/scan process to me and selected shows that were best for my feet. They answered all my questions and were great to work with!
Jenna was AWESOME! She was very educated and explained everything she saw. I have never been "fitted" for a shoe before but the first walk I went on with my new Brooks....I was sold! They were so comfortable and I had minimal shin and calf pain. Thank you Jenna...I will think about you on every walk now. ❤🌷

The customer service is outstanding and the shoe's are top notch.
The staff are so helpful and answer my questions. The shoes are great and now I won't shop elsewhere for running shoes and recovery sandals. It's so nice having the store here so I can ask "new runner" questions.

We had a great experience. The associate did a great job while measuring my daughters feet and explaining the results. She then fitted her with a pair of shoes that will be very comfortable for her during cross country. We will be bringing our middle daughter to be getting fitted in a few weeks after the great service we received. Thanks!
