Personal service and personable staff
You have the most helpful and patient staff, who are knowledgeable and an incredible amount of selection for such a small footprint of a store! Also ended up finding a few new clothes and such and your female staff were quite helpful in fitting a sports bra, my least favorite thing to try on!
It is like going home when you walk in the store in Davenport IA.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! They genuinely care that you buy the right shoe that matches your need. Good shoes are very expensive and they understand that you will be a repeat customer if you buy a shoe that works for you... it's not just about the sale!

Had a great shopping experience on 6/3/23 at the Tesson Ferry location. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to measure and scan my feet,
Our prior experience on 6/1/23 at the Manchester location was very disappointing. The shoes that were sold to me were the incorrect size and the incorrect width. The salesperson from the Manchester location did not measure or scan my feet. Very disappointed.
The guy that helped me in Flowood was great!!!!! Explained everything and really was very helpful! I bought two pair! And socks and insole! He was great!

I was disappointed there were not a couple of options for good crossfit shoes. You did have 1 type (On) but they did not seem to have good upper toe support. The associate that helped me was very new and had to ask alot of questions of other associates. It might have been better to have him shadow someone with more knowledge, especially given I had very specific non-running related questions.
I still bought a pair of Brooks running shoes from you but had to go to another running store in San Carlos that shall not be named to find crossfit shoes.

Very friendly service in good location
It's always super easy and quick to get the shoes I need. The staff has always been very friendly and polite.
My husband and I are 35 years old and both suffer from medical problems affecting the way we walk and also struggle with pain. Feet fleet near Polaris was awesome! They were knowledgeable and customer oriented. We spent an hour and half in the store and both bought a pair of shoes and some socks! I had to order mine online only because the color I wanted was not in stock.
