For me, the service in store put me over the top. I went in not intending to purchase shoes, I know that I could get a better price online, but the service I received and the time and effort that was taken to make sure I found a pair of shoes that would work for me was far and away the best I could have asked for. It definitely made up for the extra I was paying for the shoes and well worth it to be comfortable with my purchase.

Nate was amazing in helping me find the “just right shoe” for what I needed. He took so much time helping me and analyzing what I needed from the images. I could barely walk when I came into the store because of foot pain and I exited the store with minimal pain. I’ve worn my shoes daily and they have made an incredible difference in my life because I can do what I need and want to do each day without pain.
The shoes 👟 I selected are for stabilizing my feet. The sales representative help made it easier for me to make that selection. Sometimes the product alone is not enough. Good customer service such as a smile and willingness to help can make the difference in a sale or a walk away.

The clerk, I don't know her name, was not friendly at all! When the transaction was complete she simply handed me a receipt and didn't say a word. I asked: "is that it? Are we done?" without even looking at me she said: "Yeah". She never said thank you etc. The gentleman that assisted me in trying on the shoes was ok....
