I went to the villages to buy a pair of Hoka. as soon as we I started shopping employee First name removed came from back immediately wanted to help. Very sweet explaining everything about each shoe.

The service was by far the best I have ever received at any retail store. I can not remember her name but she had red short hair. She was so friendly, sweet, and very caring. Once my feet were scanned and she brought the shoes out that would fit me, she explained each shoe. Insured that they fit well and we’re comfortable. I ended up buying the last pair she showed me. They are ASICS. They are so comfortable!

I like seeing the results from my feet scan and that my specialist Doug Lewis brought me so many options so I could really compare each shoes features and find out what I liked and what worked for my feet.
I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase, though I did purchase same day, he worked to get me in the shoe I wanted and in the coloring I liked. I didn't walk out same day with my shoes b/c I had to order the color I wanted, but no worries, I liked more that Doug didn't tell me I couldn't get what I wanted, he went the little extra so ensure I was happy with my purchase!

The 3d fitting
Love that you scan feet! Your sales reps are always helpful and know how to properly fit shoes. Also have a good selection of shoes too. Missy fit me in your Boro store and was great to work with.

Just bought a new pair of shoes. Altra Lonepeak 7’s with some socks. Had great customer service. You also carry a nice variety of other items I’ll need over time line apparel, hydration vests, shades, nutrition etc…
