Great customer service and custom fitting.
When we were obviously ready to try on a shoe and make the purchase, associates allowed someone who walked in after us jump in front of us after we patiently waited for 25min. Honestly I would have gone somewhere else but my little girl would have been heart broken. I work with the public , so I totally get needing to please everyone BUT not once did anyone acknowledge me or my daughters in the store. 3 associates did have customers but eye contact and "ill be with you in just a moment" go a long way.
I love how attentive, knowledgeable and helpful the staff are. The products are good and you know you’re getting a quality shoe.
I went in the store out of desperation to find something to help with my knee pain. Jason saw how distressed I was and got right to it! He helped me find a pair of shoes that help tremendously. Thank you!!!!

I have plantar fasciitis and I purchased the Hoka Bondi 8s. They are so comfortable and I have zero pain! And the sales associate was so helpful and positive.

Jasper helped me at the Chattanooga store and was so great to work with! The foot scan is a very cool technology to provide data and guide the process. He then pulled 3 pairs to match what I was looking for as a pregnant gal desperately needing better arch support. I walked out in a pair I love with better insole inserts. An efficient and helpful experience that provided exactly what I was looking for — thank you!

The woman who helped fit me for shoes was fabulous! She was friendly, had a lot of product knowledge and made the shoe-shopping experience easy. She guided me to the right sizes/shoe - I’m so happy with my purchase and am excited to start marathon training!
The employee, Chapel, was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure I got the shoe I needed. It was a personal touch that went a long way in making me feel like this was a store that would be reliable for getting shoes.

We were given a recommendation from a friend to visit the Round Rock store. It did not disappoint. We were greeted upon opening the door and helped throughout our purchase. The knowledge of our salesperson was incredible and much appreciated.

Would you consider expanding the redeeming period to 12 months instead of the current 6 months? 6 months seem too soon to get another pair but 11mo+ is more reasonable.
