I like that you had a wide range of products and brands. Since each brand has its unique strengths and weaknesses it was important to check out what makes each brand stand out. It was a great experience. Our sales rep was very well versed in the products.

Every time I visit the store, a staff member genuinely cares about finding a shoe that is comfortable for my foot condition. They are extremely patient and kind. Sometimes we can’t tell the true comfort of a shoe until we go about our daily activities. I appreciate the return policy for that reason.
This was my first time visiting Fleet Feet, and having been to many shoe stores in my life, I didn’t expect much. I figured I would just meander back to the running shoes and find something I liked. What I got was the most helpful shoe sales associate I’ve ever encountered (Sara), who did a 3D scan of my feet as well as a gait analysis, explained all of the results in detail, made recommendations regarding what types and sizes of shoes I should be looking at, and brought out several to try. I ended up with a pair that was much more suitable for my foot geometry and running style than I probably would have found on my own. Definitely give this place a try!

Loved the patience of the staff, they don’t want to sell you a shoe just to sell it to you…they want to make sure you leave in the right footwear. Joe was fantastic and he helped me so much…I appreciated his patience and how he allowed me to form my own opinion of a shoe before giving his opinion.
The (Dia-Dora) brand is top notch this is my 3rd pair.

At Fleet Feet you get personalized service with not a sales person, but a knowledgeable representative that is an active in running, walking, etc. they know what they are talking about and they take personal interest in you! They actually sit with you, fit your feet with shoes that are not only comfortable, but also designed for your particular needs.
They are the best store I have been to for shoe’s whether you are an active runner or a walker.

Alex the owner was so helpful. They were pretty busy Saturday and he jumped right in, asked a bunch of questions to know what I was shopping for and gave me peace of mind with the return policy. I bought 2 pairs of shoes so it was a pretty big investment so they made me feel better spending the money.
