The one on one sales help was outstanding. My salesperson was Joe at the Lawndale store in Greensboro and he couldn't have been any better from measuring my feet properly to the no heavy sales pitch to buy. He was all about my feet feeling good and my feeling comfortable with my decision. Big thumbs up to him. Thank you Joe!

Excellent care by the service manager. As a physical therapist I was very impressed with his knowledge of anatomy and gait analysis. He was able to fit me with a pair of Altras that are perfect for my needs. I will highly recommend this store to everyone. A wonderful experience!

We were very impressed with Fleet Feet. We had never been in and are glad we finally stopped by. It was very informative. There a variety of products to choose from to deal with one's foot issues. Plus, the customer service is fantastic. Nic was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took into account what our feet needed, but also style preferences. Just a great experience from start to finish.

The sales associate, Bella, that helped both my daughter and my husband, was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. When she didn't have an answer, she was able to ask the manager and got it quickly. We love Fleet Feet, and they will always have our business for their friendly staff, who make us all feel welcomed and encouraged to get outside and walk/run in comfort and style!
