Highly knowledgeable and personalized.
The lady who assisted us was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The customer service was excellent! Both of my teenage sons found shoes that were comfortable and fit well. Even though one of my sons has wide feet, we were able to find a quality pair of shoes that were in stock.

The best work shoes
You get the exact measurements of a clients feet which was very important to me. Plenty of time and expertise was taken so I got the right shoe for my needs,
the sales associate Isabel at short pump was awesome, she recommended the perfect shoe that she had personally worn and was knowledgeable about what I needed.

I would like to know why you are not supporting the fastest growing sport in WS ??
I have been looking for pickleball court shoes and was very disappointed in realizing that you all do not sell them??? i guess you do not want to support so many locals.... why should I buy from you for other shoes???

Came in to replace a pair of Saucony endorphin 3’s I had worn out and possibly a second pair. The assistance from Maria (I believe) was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with replacing the saucony and asked “what I like about these shoes” for finding a second pair. She brought out a few options based on my preferences and the Cloud Surfer was perfect.

I would've liked more choices of shoes (colors) to choose from after my feet were scanned, but I thought overall my experience was GREAT.

Manage the appointment list better. I came in early for my appointment, checked in with an employee and asked what the process was as it was my first time. I was assured that as soon as a customer service rep was available I would be on top of the list. Four employees came at different times to the cash register where I was standing, including someone who appeared to be a manager. Two were reviewing something with each other and the other two were without anyone to take care of. No one looked at the list. Then a young woman walked in after I’m standing there waiting, and it’s after my appointment time. The manager appearing person told one of the floor people to take care of her!!! That’s when I spoke up and said- hey wait a minute. I have an appointment and I’ve been waiting here. I’m an older person and easily overlooked. Invisibility is sometimes a superpower but in this case, an insult. Regardless, after I spoke up, I was assigned a very competent and personable worker, and I wound up buying several things. But the lack of care on the appointment and waiting list still irritates me.
Most comtortable shoe ever
I have had no problems in the past with fleet feet employees I was not happy with the saleswoman that I had dealt with. My son is on cross country team that when mentioned what team and school he got a discount. When I mentioned it to the saleswoman when checking out she stated that they were not giving those discounts at this time without checking with anyone. She asked a lot of questions about who my sons coaches were and we told her. If they weren’t doing school discounts then why did she ask questions about his team and coaches. Anyway I just wanted to get out of there. She brought out inserts and I explained that he was going to see a foot doctor. She asked me who the doctor was . I told her I didn’t know but would ask my family who to see . I really didn’t want the inserts and that was why I told her he was going to see a foot doctor. At that point I just wanted to get out of there so I bought the inserts
