I like the service you provide. My foot measures to wear a 10 1/2, but I wear an 8 /2 or 9. I'm a hard customer to work with. Thin in the toebox, long in the toe! Your young lady was very well informed, professional and patient with me and we finally settled on a pair of size 9's. I would definitely recommend Fleet Feet to anyone who asks.

Excellent customer service
I visited your store with my 83-year-old mom last week. Mariah was awesome with us. My problem was that I did not immediately understand the "try on" sock for half off when Mariah explained it. My mom has Parkinson's and I was getting her settled at the same time that Mariah was explaining it rather quickly. With the chaos, we said no to the "try on" sock. Then she took care of my mom and mom was happy with her shoes. It was then my turn for my shoes. At this time, I asked again about the "try on" sock. Once she explained it again while we were all settled, I understood what she was actually saying ~ I said, oh, my mom probably would have wanted the half-off sock. Mariah then said she would go ask if the promotion was still available to her because she had already decided on her shoes. She came back and said no. Under the circumstances, this decision was such a shame...and for $8.00. We both purchased a pair of shoes. Mom's cost $175.00. Management should be embarrassed at their decision to not allow her to take advantage of the "try on" sock at half price...again, for only $8.00.
The staff member who waited on us was very informative and personable. He gave us all of our options and advised us on our purchase.
Very limited selection of women's shoes, particularly New Balance. I could have found just as much at a regular shoe store. Also, the associate didn't measure my foot or provide any guidance in choosing a shoe...and I ended up with a EE extra wide size Brooks shoe, instead of the normal D size New Balance I have bought in the past. My last two interactions have felt more like I'm just being sold what is in stock or being pushed....not what is the best shoe for my feet and needs. I'll most likely try somewhere else for my next pair of shoes.
Technology and expertise
Service is always amazing. With my painful feet issues and looking at foot surgery later this year I totally appreciate the 60 day return policy. As an RN that works long shifts and enjoys hiking, I really don’t know if a pair are going to work for me just in the store. You are the only place to I will go for athletic/work shoes.
I just LOVE the fact you use technology to get every possible metric on my feet. The data was expertly communicated to me and analyzed. The staff member then explained in detail why she selected the ideal options for my feet. This was the first time coming here, and I will never shop any other place for my footwear.

Very personalized service. Patient and focused on us while with us. We were foot scanned and suggestions were brought out so we could try on several brands and styles to find the best fit. There was no pressure either. All staff was polite and the whole experience was above anything we expected!
