The service was great. I think your prices are a bit high. (I paid $45 for an insert.) If the shoes and the insert work, I will consider the money well spent.
If you can find a shoe company that makes a shoe narrow enough to fit me I would be ecstatic. For 50 years I have been able to purchase New Balance shoes with a AA width. Apparently they no longet make this size any more. I ordered AA from New Balance directly and they shipped size B and when I called I was told they no longer offer AA. Your sales person tried very hard to find something that would address my issue but was not able to get me something that is nearly narrow enough. If you find a narrow shoe, send me an email.
This is not to complain, your salesman tried hard.

I bought a pair of Cloudsurfers on April 28th at Fleet Feet.
The shoes I bought in Tuscaloosa are very comfortable. It's the reason I bought them to begin with. However, they make a noise as if something sticky is on the soles. I've checked them thoroughly and haven't found anything that would support that initial thought. It's the soles themselves, they squeek terribly. They make weird sounds while walking, especially while on tile floors like a grocery or department store. It turns heads of others thinking I must have walked in something. Very, very annoying. I should have bought the Hokas.
As someone who suffers with psoriatic arthritis, I thought I finally found a pair of shoes that I can walk and get some exercise without the pain. I will only wear these outside. I will not wear these shoes in public. So disappointed with this product. Unfortunately, I'll never buy again.

Great service & love the shoes
Loved trying on Ascics Keyano 29 in the store. Fit like a glove! I've purchased Keyano's before and they are the best shoe for me. I starting walking regularly and wore out my last pair. So happy we have a local Fleet Feet. The young man helping customers was friendly and knowledgeable.
