Fantastic customer service, the kind that you never see anymore. The staff knows the products, and they have plenty of advice to offer. In addition to some killer shoes, I bought two pairs of socks that I didn't really need, but felt compelled to buy anyway as a kind of "thank you" for the exceptional service. I ALWAYS have a problem deciding on the right fit, and the staff at Fleet Feet made it a breeze. I visited the Huntsville store as well, and they were also great. Keep up the good work!!!
We had to wait about 30 minutes to be serviced, and it wasn't even that busy. It appears you need to have more trained employees.
I like that you used 3D technology that shows what shoes would work best for me. I walked in determined that I was getting a pair of Hokas, but I left with a pair of Brooks, and I LOVE them!!

Love the foot mapping.. it works because the sales people are educated in reading it, then most important is they know the shoes and the options that work for your foot..

I was really impressed with the whole experience that we received from the time we walked through the door to the time we walked out. The service provided was very prompt, helpful, informative, friendly, and I loved the time that was dedicated to us in ensuring that we were purchasing a terrific pair of shoes and socks for our daughter. I haven't had that kind of service from a store in a very long time. And then to top it all off, when I asked about any coupons that I might be able to find, the cashier provided my daughter with a student discount, which also just helped with the overall cost. It was like the cherry on the top! Perfect from start to finish! I was extremely impressed with Fleet Feet and will definitely be back!

The young lady that assisted me at your Pawleys Island store was AWESOME. She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, pleasant (actually delightful) and could not have made me feel more valued as a customer. Plus, never did I feel pressured to buy anything.
The range of shoes was wonderful as my feet are a difficult fit. The ability to see what my feet are doing as I walk was interesting and very helpful.
