I visited the Hendersonville Tn. store on 06/04/23. I was assisted by Brooke who was absolutely great. She answered all my questions and assisted in trying on many pairs of shoes as I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. I was slightly disappointed in the selection of colors in the shoes I wanted, but Brooke’s service and my experience at Fleet Feet was great. No complaints. Will visit again.
The scan process was amazing. Found out I have been wearing the wrong size shoe.

I was referred to Fleet Feet by a friend because my running shoes were not fitting properly and my experience at Fleet Feet was great! The salesperson was awesome and very friendly. My new running shoes are awesome and fit perfect!

Make sure your sale associates are familiar with the type of shoes that you are selling. This past time at the Northfield location I was not totally convinced the salesperson understood my needs for my foot. The person was very nice but again did not appear to understand what I was looking for as it related to the support I needed. I went to another location (Pepper Pike) and had a totally different experience. Unfortunately, I have to return the shoe but definitely appreciate the time spent and the recommendations. Thank you

I look for foot-shaped, zero-drop shoes so I appreciate that you carry both Altra and Topo brands. I would like to see MORE of these brands available in store (rather than just on your website).
