I worked with Sean from the Vacaville location and he spent the time to scan and analyze my feet to find me the right support for a new pair of running shoes. I've used Fleet Feet before a long time ago and want to get back into running and we were able to try different pairs of shoes with different inserts to ensure I receive the best comfort while I run and battle arch pains.
Fleet Feet was very professional in assisting me with the Hoka shoes.

I love the personalized care and helping pick out shoes and insoles. I work on my feet all day on concrete, and fleet feet is my go-to for any new shoes or insoles. Insoles. Everyone's always really kind and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints and I'm planning on continuing to shop here for a long time

Hi my name is Maria I came in to get a pair of walking shoes. I just had a total hip replacement and have arthritic knees etc. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful and recommended me great shoes. He helped me put on socks and shoes and was very friendly. I feel like I'm walking on clouds. So very happy. Will be coming back soon for anything pair. :)

Fleet Feet carries AA width, which accommodates my narrow feet, and I can always order my favorite style over the phone and have it shipped.
The salesperson, Molly, was really helpful answering our questions. She was also really polite. Love going to stores that have salespeople that make me feel comfortable.

I like the shoe fitting service.
However, the store hours are not convenient at all for anyone that works a full-time 9-5 job. Closing at 6pm does not allow enough time to get the store after work. Then on the weekend the store is crowded during short time the store is open. The store hours are quite inadequate and a cause of frustration.
I LOVED working with Whitney. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and extremely patient. She saw that I was wearing Birkenstocks and knew exactly which shoe would best fit my wide feet. She was right. I am very satisfied with my Altra Escalante’s and Fleet Feet. Thank you again!
