The staff took the time to explain why I was having my feet issues. They measured my feet and help me pick the right shoe and insert combination.

Thank you for taking the time to deal with my mom and I. Taking a scan of her feet and spending the time to educate her and myself about the shoe and how she walks. Again your patience and understanding was appreciated and I wanted to make sure someone knows what a great service you provided for us.
First time shopping at Fleet Feet. Nice store, clean and nicely kept. Megan was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Will be back for another pair of shoes soon.

I was told to refer to your website to find what I was looking for. However the website had directed me to this particular store stating inventory was available, I was told that it's wrong and they had nothing in my size and to go online. My objective was to try on the shoe and if they had the correct color n size purchase them... or at the very least try on what they had and order them online. They offered zero help in regards to ordering them for me and having them shipped to my home or to the store.
And both times they don't allow you to browse or look and make a decision, they rush and stand next to you as if assigned. Makes you feel very uncomfortable, giving the customer a little more space and giving them the opportunity to ask questions if needed and letting them know where to find them if necessary, would be good. Not attacking them at the door.
Wonderful products but even better service. Jonathan was so helpful and guided me throughout the entire process with professional recommendations and friendly feedback.

The service is excellent....the merchandise is expensive, but it's about the service
I walked in here today with a bad experience. There were three sales associates, one of which said she would be with me shortly, so I walked around the store to look while she was able to help me. A white gentleman walked in after me and ended up being helped first.
I saw this and took a seat in the front so they could see no one had helped me yet and the associate that said was going to help me ended up passing me over to a young girl; who was nice but you could tell she did not want to be there.
I was FINALLY being helped and said I was looking for shoes and the associate just blankly looks at me. I explained my foot deformities because she asked me ZERO questions and was brought three pairs to choose from. I specifically wanted to have my foot analysis done because I had never done one and wanted to know what shoes were best for me. The associate never once offered or asked me ANYTHING to lead me to a more personalized shoe.
I had heard from others that they loved Fleet feet and that they were so specific to their foot problems. I was never offered any sort or insert or suggestion or asked any information about myself. I felt like I was shopping at any old department store asking for a wide fit shoe.
A foot analysis was done but because I asked for it, though was made to feel like it was a hassle for the associate and given very little verbal explanation on it.
I still purchased a shoe because you can never have too many, but ultimately very disappointed. From the other reviews, I’m not the only POC that seems to have experienced this. Maybe consider a different location if you fall under this category.
The foot scan really gives a better idea of the type of shoe you need. Shoe fitting was thorough and professional.
Very knowledgeable about arch and instep heights. Which shoe would be best for a tennis player who loves to walk. Need very different shoes. Thanks. Good job
