Very limited or no selection in small sizes so people who wear a size 6 or smaller often cannot participate in advertised sales and look for other places to shop

Full customer service with no rushing
My shoes are a 1/2 size TOO big. It's going to be hard to wear them and not hurt my ankle. Just because I wear one size in a certain brand doesn't mean I wear the same size in every brand!! Just walking around the store, you can't tell these things. It wasn't until I went shopping and really walked in them, that I realized the shoes were not fitting correctly. $200 down the drain!
