The saleswoman spent about an hour trying to find me the correct sneaker.
Once I wore them for about a week they really hurt the balls of my feet.
They happily took them back and we searched for another sneaker. With success.

Wow. I wanted to take up jogging again. I did cross country in high school and college but I was young then and things didn't hurt. Now that I'm older I was afraid of the pains jogging would bring; but with the right shoes; no shin splints, heal spurs or aching knees. Granted the shoes were not cheap but my legs and feet have no complains yet. The lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable.

The service and people that wait on you really care and really try to help in any problems you have . They make you feel comfortable.if the shoe doesn’t work for you you’re welcome to bring it back and they will help to solve the problem .
As soon as I put the shoes on with the great service I got,my feet and knee felt better. It was really weird to go from pain to no pain just from changing shoes. The support and guidance of the staff also helped me understand what was happening so it did not happen again. Thank you,Jenna Klosner
FIRST OF ALL THE SERVICES WERE GREAT. SARAH WAS SUCH A BIG HELP AND I NEVER REALIZED I NEEDED TO WEAR A LARGER SNEAKER SIZE. I RECENTLY TURNED 70 AND I LEARNED SOMETHING NEW. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL. I LEARNED A LOT FROM SARAH AND I LOVE MY NEW SNEAKERS!

The service and selection
Though I usually have to wait awhile to be helped, I find that the staff takes into consideration my individual foot issues. Shoes I have purchased at Fleet Feet have been most comfortable. That is not something that I have experienced at other places.
