Wonderful customer service
Margaret was fabulous! Old time service and she knew exactly what to pull based on my needs! You also have the shoes advertised on tv. I was going to order a pair of Oofos online, but it said that you carried them locally and I could try them on. That’s a plus and will definitely be back. Also like your loyalty plan!

Great customer service
Todd, the Associate who helped me, listened, and was kind and considerate of my disabilities. He was quite professional to everyone, and didn't let himself be sidetracked, even when the regional manager interrupted us a started asking him about a race he was supposed to have run. That manager was either a jerk, or clueless, because I was sitting there in the middle of being assisted while this puts yammered on and on abouyt stuff outside the store. Finallt Todd managed to tactfully extract himself, and wasn't bothered anymore because he got distracted by the cookie cake everyone else in the store was enjoying (Their were a few vendor reps there as well, maybe it was a party?
Fortunately, Todd didn't allow himself to be distracted by any of it. To be fair, one of the other associates, (I didn't get her name, unfortunately) ALSO stepped in to help my daughter locate other items we needed so Todd could help me (I do think my was the only customer in at the time who needed to be fitted).
Friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have it in stock, you're encouraged to order on-line.
Easy to return at the store if not satisfied.
Chris was great! After the machine measured my feet, Chris listened to what I was looking for, watched my walk to assess pronation/supination, and then said he had some ideas for what shoes would work best for me. And he was spot on! Chris was really friendly and the atmosphere was laid back, so I felt comfortable taking time to walk around as much as I needed to ensure I had the right fit. I ended up leaving the store with not one but two great pairs of shoes. I won’t hesitate to stop at Fleet Feet the next time I need new shoes.
I was helped by an associate that knew exactly what I was looking for and made the process of finding a new running shoe fun and easy!
