I am not sure about that foot scan. It said I was a size 10 or 11 shoe - haven't been that since I was a teenager. I am a 13 regular and that's what i bought. Maybe you need to get that machine serviced. The associate was helpful too. Overall I would come back to the store to buy sneakers.
I have not bought a new pair of running shoes in years. I mainly do cross functional fitness so it was very help to have someone guide me through the process.

I have been a loyal customer since suffering a foot injury about six or seven years ago. After examining my foot, my doctor wrote three words on a piece of paper for me - "Hoka, Fleet Feet." I followed his advice and limped into Fleet Feet. Thirty minutes later I danced out in my first pair of Hokas. And I'm still dancing - in my rainbow of Hokas. All ugly, but who cares?

Impressed with the 3D image of feet. Was right on. The salesperson was knowledgeable and brought out shoes that would most likely be the right fit for me. I left the store with a new pair of walking shoes. Was worth the price.
