The employee (Helen) was very knowledgeable about the problems I was having with my feet and legs. She gave me all the time I needed to make a decision and focused only on me and not other customers. Knowing if the shoe doesn't work and I can return before 60 days is a plus for me since I am retired and on a fixed income.
I visited Fleet Feet for the first time this week. Really impressed with the associate who helped me. She went above and beyond to be sure that I got the shoes and inserts to fit my specific needs. I will definitely recommend Fleet Feet to others.

The foot-scan was excellent. O-Sheen was extremely helpful and patient with me - he had me try several shoes and inserts until we found something I liked. And the next time I ran, it was the first time in a long time that I didn't experience any back pain. Thank you!
