I wanted a particular shoe and she kept trying to upsell me with an ugly more expensive model. I found the one I wanted on the Fleet Feet website. She never offered to look or order it for me.
Greeted on entering, immediately assisted.
My person who waited on me wasn’t too enthused, civil but just barely. Maybe she doesn’t care for older people.
However, I really like the shoes I bought.
