I feel like your associates don't listen to the customers very well and are not knowledgeable about what neutral colors are and what colors should be worn in winter and summer. Also, I need a certain kind of shoe and you have a very limited selection for me, and I'm not real certain if the shoes I am shown are really the kind I need.
I had a great experience at the West Chester location. Chris was awesome! He really listened to what I had to say and talked with me about the benefits of the shoe. My new Hokas were exactly what I was looking for.

I love both the Super Feet inserts and my Brooks shoes because my feet are very comfortable and don’t hurt any more. When I wear my new Brooks shoes they are so light it’s like I’m not even wearing shoes, more like walking on a cloud. I also bought the Super Feet inserts to use them in my old shoes when around the house and also no more pain in my feet when I use the inserts. My new Brooks shoes I wear when I’m out and about. I should have gotten these years ago, it would have saved me money from constantly buying so many shoes trying to find shoes that didn’t hurt my feet. I got rid of all those other shoes, except two old pair to use with my inserts while around the house. All the rest of my old shoes I donated to the Thrift Store, a whole large bag full. I am a very satisfied and happy new customer of Fleet Feet.
