The team at Fleet Feet are passionate about helping their customers find the right gear and shoes so that they are able to meet their running and training goals! Erin and the team work hard to support the athletes that shop with them and to create community for runners in Louisville! I’ve purchased at least 5 pairs of running shoes from them so far!

I brought my mother in for some new sneakers yesterday. She has Alzheimer’s and everything just takes longer with her. The salesman was extremely patient and made my Mom feel at ease, which is not always easy to do. I really, really appreciated his kindness and help.
Good customer service and personalization on footwear means I get shoes that work for me.
I loved the enthusiastic service and sincerity in which I was helped. Shoutout to Garrett at the Kendall Yards location for being the best employee to assist me in the last several years and several Fleet Feet locations I've gone to. The only reason I wouldn't recommend or promote Fleet Feet is because I am now out of Washington.

I love that you keep a record of the shoes I've previously purchased and have up to date knowledge about basically every shoe! Also enjoy the fit consultations and ability to try the shoes in your store typically, though this time we just purchased and picked up.
