I liked making an appointment and the staff is very helpful.
I was very happy with the fitting process. Edgar, who is the owner, after sizing my feet made good recommendations based on foot type and what I liked in a running shoe. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with my choice. They want a satisfied customer and keeping that in mind they said if I wore the shoes and had problem with the fit, to bring it back and they would re-fit, exchange or refund within the generous allotted time.
They are taking very good precautions to keep the store sanitized and making the whole process safe and convenient during the pandemic.
I have already recommended them to friends and family.
My visit with Javier was very good. He suggested alternative to what my doctor had recommended, changed out the socks when they were uncomfortable, measured my feet and made me feel comfortable.
When we walked in we introduced ourselves by name, the associate never told us her name it just seemed a little unfriendly. It’sIt’s been several months of being cooped up in Covid time at home so getting out and going shopping with my daughter something we were looking forward too ....so a little personalization on a first name basis, especially when we’re investing time, energy, money in a good pair of shoes would’ve been the ExTra! The store was clean, she was very professional, very helpful and overall we left two great parents of shoes
Quality shoes, excellent service. I especially like the caring for the customer in that I can wear my new shoes for my regular activity and, If they do not feel right, I can return them.

The customer care was outstanding! Several of my family members encouraged (made!) me try Fleet Feet and I LOVE my shoes. Excellent questions and concern before suggesting three pairs of shoes, all excellent possibilities! I have been walking with hip/knee pain for several months and both are essentially gone....I’m really thankful!
