Everyone on staff was super helpful and kind. My daughter had a lot of fun instantly. Love that there are field trips, too.
Excellent they enjoy the every day activities.
It's a bit expensive.... especially for seniors. Many people have stopped coming because of cost- that used to be covered by their health insurance. Perhaps offering lower price membership for older members ??? Or limited membership to only go to a few classes ???
Staff is great and friendly. Everything is very clean.
It would be nice to have more insight into what our children are doing all day, especially on rainy days. What does the typical daily schedule for their group look like? It would be nice as parents to be informed of who our child's counselor is, especially if they change from week to week. Updates on weekly themes would be great to receive from counselors at pickup or drop off early in the week.
Also, it seems like the information/themes online for Hayes doesn't necessarily match what we now see in the weekly newsletter, instead it seems to be the information for Nonoma. What has changed?
Pickup/drop off times posted online also do not match what is in the newsletter. There just seems to be a lot of written inconsistencies.
My daughter is enjoying the camp so much. We would love to consider signing up next year again. However, pick up and drop off are VERY busy. If you can do 3:30 pick up for younger kids and 4:00 pm pick up for older kids or even earlybird/aftercare. That’s would make a big difference I feel like. No parents have extra 15min to stuck there :(

I feel my boys are getting the full camp experience. Kids should be outside playing, learning new things and making new friends. I like that they get swim lessons as well. This is our 3rd year at camp tepee and will continue to send for as long as they can attend.
I would like to make a comment though about the parking lot though- it really needs to be paved and repaired. Filling in a couple pot holes this year didn’t help.
Fun activities and safe environment!
I feel that we are always treated with respect and everybody is super kind. For the camp, the welcoming crew and the counselors make the time so exciting for my child. She loves coming and loves the counselors and all the activities! Even when I call with questions, I’m always provided guidance.
I feel like my kids are getting the quintessential summer experience! They are swimming, playing games, making new friends, building forts, playing in the stream, the list goes on and on. They come home every day tired and happy.
My son has really enjoyed the Fairfield YMCA. He has fun everyday and loves the counselors. I really like how much there is for him to do - swimming, trips to the beach, field trips!
My boys love this camp! They are going for 8 weeks this summer and every morning they wake up asking if it is a camp day. The staff are amazing and bring so much energy to the program. I am beyond thankful for this camp and everyone who is part of it.

Value. 5 days a week from 9-4 is a great value for the money. The Y has tons of programming and swim lessons included. Constant updates and great staff. The Y is really top notch.

Very good place for many recreational and sport activities for children, safe environment and very friendly staff.
The camp experience itself was really incredible 10/10. The administrative issues that existed at every step of registration, communication, payment, etc. was not. 1/10
Kids stay active most of the day.
More classes mid day. Better rowers. Perhaps some water rowers.
The staff is Wonderful! I've made lots of friends and getting great workouts.
