I love the classes. The instructors for cardio dance Maggie and AOA with Colleen are so enthusiastic and helpful. I've made so many wonderful friendships

There is so much the membership has to offer.
Classes are canceled and members are not informed in a timely manner. Front desk gives incorrect information. We show up and instructor is not there.
Quality of the programs,the cleanliness of the facility and professional trained staff
Better communication
A greater variety of classes. There is only one Pilates class a week. Plus, if I want to use the y on a weekend, there are very few group exercise classes and maybe no aqua exercise on rhe weekend.
More variety and times for claases. At anothrtvY, I know an aqua exercise teacher will once a month or a few times a year will have a group bring a muffin for a short social hour.

The pool is bright and spacious.
Especially the classes and the instructors and the staff and members are very friendly. I‘be been a member for 20 years. This has kept me in shape. Thank you YMCA.

I really like how friendly everyone is and all of the equipment in the facilty. The one improvement I would make would be to get better shower heads in the women's locker room. The showers now really blast you and you cannot make it cold if you want to. That's all I would like to change.
I enjoy the Zumba classes with Pauline. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I apperciaate the cummunity events and support that the Y provides in Stratford.
Would love to see more substitutes if regular class instructors are sick or out for other reasons. So many times class is just cancelled.
The staff are wonderful! The facility works so well for me, and really seems to try hard to include everyone.
