The facility, programs, and staff.
The staff was very enthusiastic and kind, we had a great experience!
Making sure the classes are available for the kids on set day. Communication of class cancellations were great.
Coaches need to listen to the swimmers. Our daughter mentioned to a particular coach that she hurt her back/side mid practice. The coach said “you’re fine” and told her to keep swimming. Well,
the “you’re fine” turned into 3 weeks of missing practice and physical therapy 2 days a week. To say I am unhappy is an understatement.
Great experience with getting my child over her their fear of swimming.
Convenience, close by, teachers, variety of times
The swimming teachers were very patient and calm, taking the time to build trust. Within 2 weeks, my daughter was happily jumping in and learning to float. Highly recommend!
We love it but except only the water is little bit cold.
Good schedules. Good instructors.
I enjoy the cleanliness and welcoming staff. Once I get used to the temperature, I’m getting better with watching my toddler by the pool. The family restrooms and shower are great too!
I do wish, especially with the young kids (like my 3 year old), that the staff to swimmer ratio was smaller. 1 adult to 5 toddlers is not ideal at all and there’s a lot of wait time in addition to not getting adequate focus on learning skills.

In need of more late morning or early afternoon classes water classes
We have had a great experience there. We love it. The instructors have been amazing with my child who has special needs. They have been patient and taking things slow with the group he is in. We are so grateful for the sponsorship and the y.
The camp that I registered my son was for younger kids and very crowded. He didn’t like it. I asked my money back but I was ignored.
It would be great to have consistent instructors on the days of the lessons. In the first ksession we saw three different instructors. My child is 4 and has a hard time adjusting/listening to new people. Sometimes it takes almost half of the lesson just to get him to go with the instructor.
It would also be great to have instructors who work well with ADHD/more strong willed kids. Someone who can keep them on track with the lessons rather than letting the child “take control” of the lessons
Very well run. I mostly use the gym and it is clean and has an excellent grouping of machines (although we are still waiting for a new abs machine as the old one had to be removed.

Well equipped, good classes and very friendly and helpful staff. Could have more yoga and Ti Chi classes and better times for the classes but overall its a great place.
The pool is great! And the aqua classes. My husband likes the fitness room.
I love the exercise classes they have, especially Zumba and yoga.

Clock in pool area has not been working for a long time. Important for when doing laps.

Communication has been impossible. My son cannot attend for 4 weeks due to an unforeseen school requirement. I've already paid for the first two weeks. I was told I would not get billed for another week but was anyway. My sons are enrolled in aftercare and they tell me all they do is sit around for 2 hours. On rainy days, they stay in the pavilion all day and the only game they have to play is Uno.
