My photos were great! Options were offered and were affordable. The staff was very friendly and did not mind answering questions and offering additional suggestions!
Fix your survey - it shouldn't have "Likely" to "Not Likely" based on the wording of the question.
The pictures captured when I got my diploma was absolutely horrible. There should have been someone to straighten cap and fix hair for pictures before going on stage.

This team made it easy to order pictures from graduation. Also I did like that they reminded me that they would be closing the picture excess so i did order another photo before the window closed.

The photos are sub-par, particularly for the price. There was only one photo I was really excited about to commemorate my graduation. Otherwise, they were flat, and not very good, and incredibly expensive.

Picture is blurry
I mean the options were not relevant to me and so I struggled with choosing the right package to meet my needs. I wish that it could have been more packages to choose from.
The quality of the photos is high, but it was difficult to find any description of the different finishes available. I had to use other websites to try and understand them, and still ended up with a shiny finish, which I was trying to avoid. The prints came quickly and were protected from any possible damage in transit.
