Pricing. It was quite unfortunate to see the prices of these items considering it’s such and important day in someone’s life. I felt gouged and taken advantage of.

Photos were blurry and too bright.
Paid a lot of money for photos that could have been taken by a nonprofessional.

I like the affordability of the products. I also like the fact that you get prompt attention if there's an issue with your orders. Very kind and will use them in the future I hope.

The website I used to order my photos was outdated and hard to work with, but I reached out to the team with my issues and they resolved them very quickly! 10/10 customer service but the website was a bit of a headache.

The photos cannot be centered when they are off-center. I tried cropping before ordering, but it did not work.

It would have been nice to have some lighter backdrops to choose from. If the quality had been better, I would have ordered more photos and possibly a packet.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When it comes to my digital orders, they are not available for me to go back to, or I cannot access them and I paid 100+ for that. No one has answered me from the customer service department. I have tried contacting over the phone, and no one answered as well. This was my concern:
