I like the affordability of the products. I also like the fact that you get prompt attention if there's an issue with your orders. Very kind and will use them in the future I hope.
The website I used to order my photos was outdated and hard to work with, but I reached out to the team with my issues and they resolved them very quickly! 10/10 customer service but the website was a bit of a headache.
Prices seemed very expensive. Sale emails always went to my spam folder so I was never able to buy photos on sale

The photos cannot be centered when they are off-center. I tried cropping before ordering, but it did not work.
It would have been nice to have some lighter backdrops to choose from. If the quality had been better, I would have ordered more photos and possibly a packet.
When it comes to my digital orders, they are not available for me to go back to, or I cannot access them and I paid 100+ for that. No one has answered me from the customer service department. I have tried contacting over the phone, and no one answered as well. This was my concern:

I have not received the photos as of yet
I ordered a magnet and it looks terrible. The coloring is off and it’s hard to see. It was definitely not worth the overpriced amount I paid for it. The 5x7 I got looked alright though.
Photos came super quickly and they look really nice so I have no complaints.
I liked the quality of the photos and that the process to get my photos was very convenient.
Wish the print could be 11x14 instead of 10x14. Difficult to frame.

The link to my photos expired and I tried to send an email to get the link working again but never got a response so I had to buy them again before they were deleted.

Whoever cut the photos did a poor job cutting them. Part of the photo was cut off. Also part of the cap at the top was cut off.
My pictures were horrible, My eyes were closed in almost every picture. The set up was a mess and completely disorganized. Ceremony was extremely too long the graduations need to be separated.
I only had two photos, you just cropped one of them and made it the “3rd” so it was super expensive for two photos.
Everything was delivered on time perfectly. I really appreciate the effort you put into making every photo momentous. Thank you!
