I couldn't download the photo because it kept giving me an error from the website. I tried to use a different computer but it kept telling me the file is corrupt. At this point I would just like a refund because this is too much of a hassle for me.
i like the platform and how fast they are able to sort out the photos with technology they are using.
The entire team made us feel special on our graduation day!! It was such a pleasure to be part of it. I was absolutely amazed at the positive energy and smiling faces all over the arena, everyone was acting as our cheer leader. Blessed to be part of WGU Alumni!!

The quality of the pictures I payed for were very much below par. The noise in one of the photos was really embarrassing. My iPhone could have done much better
Pics looked rushed and were off center. Also had another student of another ethnicity in my package that clearly wasn’t me. Also expensive for the digitals

The photos were great. I ordered a magnet that got lost in the mail, along the way. Customer service was very friendly and sent me another one, that arrived quickly.
I recieved my order with damages. I reached out and was quickly replied to. You guys went above and beyond to correct the issue. Thank you!
Would have been nice to get a picture with his father or family.
I was sent photos that were not even of me. I was never sent the 1 free photo and I have never received the magnets that I purchased. I was sent pictures with my eyes closed also.

Communication is poor. I left several messages through email and even Facebook Messenger to ask about coupons and specials. It took a week to hear back, only to be told no specials were available. Your prices are outrageous. I expect to pay higher prices for quality photos, but this is terribly inflated.
Check with grad students if they like their photo or at least give them a second chance at a retake instead of being too swift with the process.

Everything was high quality, and everyone was very professional.
I was worried at graduation because everything was so rushed and while I knew pictures were being taken I worried that any picture would be horrible. I was delighted when I saw that the picture of me was perfect. It is the one I would have taken if I could control every aspect of it. I am very satisfied with the result.
Yo the grad team was amazing. The did a wonderful job. The pictures were amazing, and just to know that they got shots from different angles even when we didn't know pictures were being taken is pretty good. Thanks

Easy process
I don't think I should have to pay to take the glare out of graduation photos.
If someone has glasses it's so they can see; it's not like my daughter could remove her glasses when receiving her diploma. I don't consider removing eye-glass glare an upgrade, you should just do it.
My digital images were very poor quality, there was a line down the middle and one side had more color than the other. So frustrated I couldn't use them. Hopefully you all will make it right and send me some new higher resolution images. Thank you
The photos are way too expensive, you guys are literally losing so much potential income by charging people ridiculous prices for photos of themselves on such a special day. It’s actually pretty sad that you people would even do such a thing. Imagine if people could actually afford to purchase the photos and how much more revenue would be generated by photos that already are accessible online yet the greed consumes your company and the photos just sit on your website to just take up space and no one purchases them because of the ridiculous pricing some moron decided was a good idea. Do better.
