When selecting the photos you wish to purchase, you should be able to see the photo numbers so that you know for certain which one you are selecting. More importantly, photos should always be shipped in a stiff mailer to protect them from damage.
The quality of the photos was excellent. The timing of the delivery was great too.
The team was very organized and helpful in assisting my son & his fiancé as they are both Seniors graduating. I have been to this event with them as well as with our other son when he graduated 2 years ago. The team did a great job both time being prepared and walking them everything.

I can’t say enough about how amazing the graduation photos turned out! You all did such an incredible job, managing to take so many individual photos of hundreds of graduates, capturing every special moment. I honestly didn’t expect any photos, nor for them to get so many great shots, but they did, and they did it beautifully! The quality was top-notch, and you can tell they really put effort into every shot.
Photos arrived bent and damaged. I wish I could have picked them up in person

My photos were great! Options were offered and were affordable. The staff was very friendly and did not mind answering questions and offering additional suggestions!
Fix your survey - it shouldn't have "Likely" to "Not Likely" based on the wording of the question.
The pictures captured when I got my diploma was absolutely horrible. There should have been someone to straighten cap and fix hair for pictures before going on stage.

This team made it easy to order pictures from graduation. Also I did like that they reminded me that they would be closing the picture excess so i did order another photo before the window closed.
