Everything was high quality, and everyone was very professional.
I was worried at graduation because everything was so rushed and while I knew pictures were being taken I worried that any picture would be horrible. I was delighted when I saw that the picture of me was perfect. It is the one I would have taken if I could control every aspect of it. I am very satisfied with the result.
Yo the grad team was amazing. The did a wonderful job. The pictures were amazing, and just to know that they got shots from different angles even when we didn't know pictures were being taken is pretty good. Thanks
I wish my pictures came out a bit lighter.
Easy process
I don't think I should have to pay to take the glare out of graduation photos.
If someone has glasses it's so they can see; it's not like my daughter could remove her glasses when receiving her diploma. I don't consider removing eye-glass glare an upgrade, you should just do it.
My digital images were very poor quality, there was a line down the middle and one side had more color than the other. So frustrated I couldn't use them. Hopefully you all will make it right and send me some new higher resolution images. Thank you
Service was quick and easy. I appreciated being able to crop the photos to my liking. The finished product looked great.
Lots of choices and quick delivery
One of the photos I bought was super grainy and bad quality, I could not tell this when it had the "proof" gradient going over it. I understand you have to put that on there so people don't steal the photos but for the price we pay it would be nice to be able to tell.
The service was quick and efficient. However, I did not like the basic picture quality. I also did not like having to purchase other enhancement products to achieve what I believe should have already been considered basic quality.

Good job on the pics and a very attentive staff that I conferred with.
I paid for photoshopping the image but it wasn’t done in the final print— my daughter has a weirdly blurry hand which was caught in motion but it looks really weird and was not touched up. You could provide me with an edited photo without that blurry hand if you want to make it right.
one of the photos ordered was order multiple times because it appeared blurry. this last time I ordered, Im convinced the original is blurry. Not having the hard image in front me to review I can not verify... but if the original is truly blurry that would have been important to understand; and would have saved me a lot of money to not keep ordering (thinking the print was just blurry, not the original photo.).
Beautiful pictures and received them in a timely manner. There were so many great options, it was hard to choose only 10.
Quality photos & fast shipping.
I did not get a proof of all the pictures that were taken. I did not get copies of the professional photos that were taken of me during the alumni celebration. The prices were very high for digital downloads.
