Good quality
Not great pictures. I do not feel that the care or effort was put into taking these pictures. I was under the impression that "professional" photographers would be taking these pictures. The pictures did not look professional at all. The price was not indicative of the quality.
I could not actually find 3 poses that I liked. The hood looked like it was choking her, chin up too high, and on and on... A little care with each graduate - like chin down a touch , turn a little to the left, fix the hood, tell the graduate the tam was not straight.... the little things matter.
Disappointed to say the least.

I didn’t know about scaling the code so they can send us the picture in the beginning of the graduation.

I am not disappointed at all. 6/10 is better than average. The website was a bit archaic and hard to understand, but I eventually figured it out. For an organization facilitating purchases of photos, I would have liked a more modern website. The photographer was excellent, so they balance out. Great work!

I appreciate how simple the entire process was. I am pleased with the pictures I received and the edits that I requested be made to them. I feel like I didn't wait very long either before I received the final download links when everything was ready. Thank you guys for capturing an important day/moment for me!
Love the photos and packages, but wish the photo paper were thicker and especially wish the packing for shipping was much, much better. My large order came in a thin envelope and some of the corners of the photos were bent. Last year, my order came in a nice, sturdy box and everything was in great shape. I love the quick turnaround and the convenience of this service.
The photographs were lovely, and I am very happy with my purchase of the the two-image frame and images displayed. I was very pleasantly surprised with the brief time that I waited for the frame. Thank you!

My photos arrived bent. A piece of firm cardboard would have been nice to help photos make it in mail delivery. These are expensive photos in cheap envelope. The amount charged for retouching and even glossy upgrade very high.
My son graduated and commissioned at the Evangel Graduation on May 1, 2025, and there were not any pictures taken of myself and his brother pinning him. And then a pciture of us after we pinned him, he was the first one, and yet the 2-3 behind him had several pictures of their families pinning them and also a shot of them together after the pinning, so was so mad, as that is not something that can be recreated. That was a heartwarming moment that no one caught on camera. So was not happy, due to the other commissioning ROTC young men had all kinds of pictures. So, in the future make sure your photographers get all the darn shots. Just not pick and choose. As a parent it is very disheartening to me. Also, his dad provided him with his first salute, and he paid for it with a silver coin, and that was barely caught on film. And your fees are way too high to get the rights to a few pictures. Never seen a fee that high to get digital, as we only had under 15 pictures. Sad, I hope whoever took those shots never has to wish they had shots that cannot be recreated. The customer servicer gal Kirsten was awesome and followed up, but yet those shots were not anywhere to be found.
Received our order quickly and as expected. Would use them again.
