it was easy to order and it was great to have all of the photos that had just me in them in one place
the pictures for my daughter were excellent, great quality.
I was displeased with the prices for digital prints, but I paid. I even paid more for retouching of the pictures as some were blurry, affected by the lighting in the room, or I was just not happy with it.
When I received the images they looked identical to the first edits with only the watermarks removed.
I reached out via email to your support team to discuss the edits to hopefully make the images more to my liking. I never heard back.

The pictures were very cute and very well taken. I also received the paper copy and the quality was impeccable. The only thing I didn’t like was the price I believe it’s too expensive and i’m sure others would agree with me as well.
It was a smooth process ordering whatever needed.
Interaction with grad team was reat; photo quality -most likely because of the photograph, not the file- not so much

Prices are too expensive and the quality is not as good as Lifetouch….that was the company handling LSU photography in past years. You also did not offer what Lifetouch offered in past years.
in the portrait pictures taken before graduation my daughters eyes are partially closed in both! i chose the least bad of the two so i had something for me but its not suitable for posting on social media.
also there were so many emails about ordering early to get a discount but it was not clear if that was applied or what the price would be after the “deadline”.
also the ordering process of choosing pictures was really clunky and i had to start over more than once and i am very good with computers.
Thank you for providing this service! It was easy to register for beforehand and the availability afterwards was fast!!! Great quality photos and captured during a very important milestone!
Everything was of great quality. There were several options, making it fairly easy to find the products we wanted. Shipping and packaging were excellent.

Too many follow up text messages. I received one nearly every other day even AFTER ordering. It was intrusive.

The picture was awful. Our phone pictures were better. So disappointing.
The disappointment lies in the grad not realizing where the photos would be taken, so they couldn't look/smile at the appropriate time.
Also, my son had his eyes closed in two of the posed photos taken before the actual ceremony. So, it would have been nice if those were retaken, which I know is hard with so many graduates, but I don't want to purchase pictures with closed eyes.
Less impressed. Shabby editing and poor quality of pictures delivered. Next time, allow graduants to just pay for the soft copies only.
Even worse, I had only three, less important moments photos, out of all the events. Awful
