Pictures came quickly.
The pictures on the stage lacked clarity. These were the most important ones. Liked the candid ones walking down
No one ever actually replied to my emails. Your customer service is non-existent. Therefore it gets a 0.
Price is insane.
Loved the number of pictures to choose from, great selection of many different parts of the special day!
I cannot think of a worse photo of my child. I watched the photographer take her photo, look at the camera and then give her a nod and thumbs up. Imagine my surprise when I received the proofs and saw what the photographer thought was good. I cannot get this moment back and I am extremely disappointed.
I would also like to request that SOMEONE tell the kids as they are crossing the stage that they will be getting their photos taken then, too. These photos also turned out horribly because my daughter didn't know they were taking her photo as she crossed the stage. Sooooo disappointed in the entire experience. And then the price for downloads....sigh.

I ordered my pictures and plaque the day after graduation and still haven’t recieved it.
I got the same photo twice, one zoomed in and the other zoomed out. Once of my photos is blurry so I couldn’t purchase it. So I basically had to buy two of the same photo because the minimum was three photos. Why would you all send me the blurry photo to choose from?
Quality photos. Lots of choice options. Speedy, competent delivery.
The email and notifications were great. The amount of a photo and digital print is astronomical as well as the quality of a 5 x 7 is terrible

Posed picture was not very good and only 1 option. Pictures of my daughter being hooded by her professor were at bad angles or not clear. Pictures receiving diploma were the same. Only good pictures were her leaving stage and that was the majority of the picture options. So too many of her after she received her diploma and not enough of the actual event.
I sent two emails expressing my disappointment in my daughter’s pictures. They are blurry. I never received a response.
I was disappointed with the overall quality of the photography service. Unfortunately, very few of the photos met my expectations and if it was not such a big day I would have never bought them. The tree background was not flattering and detracted from the overall appearance of the images. I felt that there could be more guidance and direction from the photographer could have been helpful to ensure at least a few strong well composed photographs. In addition, my interactions with the direct off stage photographers were not particularly welcoming or professional. Given the significant cost of the service, I expected a higher level of quality, customer service, and attention to detail. I appreciate the effort involved, but overall I do not feel the experience or final product reflected the price paid.
