There were only a few pictures: 1 of someone else, 1 of him smiling, and one of him without a smile on various different backgrounds.
I love how we got our delivery and loved how the pictures turned out
My photos arrived bent. A piece of firm cardboard would have been nice to help photos make it in mail delivery. These are expensive photos in cheap envelope. The amount charged for retouching and even glossy upgrade very high.
My son graduated and commissioned at the Evangel Graduation on May 1, 2025, and there were not any pictures taken of myself and his brother pinning him. And then a pciture of us after we pinned him, he was the first one, and yet the 2-3 behind him had several pictures of their families pinning them and also a shot of them together after the pinning, so was so mad, as that is not something that can be recreated. That was a heartwarming moment that no one caught on camera. So was not happy, due to the other commissioning ROTC young men had all kinds of pictures. So, in the future make sure your photographers get all the darn shots. Just not pick and choose. As a parent it is very disheartening to me. Also, his dad provided him with his first salute, and he paid for it with a silver coin, and that was barely caught on film. And your fees are way too high to get the rights to a few pictures. Never seen a fee that high to get digital, as we only had under 15 pictures. Sad, I hope whoever took those shots never has to wish they had shots that cannot be recreated. The customer servicer gal Kirsten was awesome and followed up, but yet those shots were not anywhere to be found.
Received our order quickly and as expected. Would use them again.

I appreciate the timely way the photos were shared with me and how quickly my order arrived in the mail. I only wish I had the option to make the image either landscape or portrait.
Little to no attention to the Graduate. Real-time photo hints would be helpful, i.e. Holding your diploma to high and hiding medals, master hoods not laying right, ensuring you are actually ready for the photo by a countdown, etc.
I was given someone else’s photo package to review. Emailed in to let the team know they sent me someone else’s photos. Zero response or corrective actions from anyone. I had to surf all the photos to find my collection.
Packages are too expensive. Photographers didn’t even try to adjust graduates’ gown and stoles etc if they were lopsided. I am a professional photographer and would never charge the amounts you charge. We should be able to get digital and print packages at affordable rates, especially given you are taking thousands of graduates photos per event. You should be ashamed of yourselves. WGU specifically has mostly working family graduates who chose the school for its affordability. Very disappointed in your photographers as well. My daughter recently graduated with a bigger class than I did and those photographers took the second to adjust stoles and gowns or caps that were lopsided. Do better.

Pricing structure is insanely expensive. Low transparency about pricing when partnered with my school.
I got some great pictures from my graduation. There were plenty of places where the photographers took nice candid shots during the ceremony.

Appreciated the free professional photo during WGU Alumni Celebration. The photos taken at graduation were good. Grad team helping out during live viewing on the stage could have done a better job. They didn’t tell me where to look when it was turn causing me to look up bc I didn’t know what to expect, besides that they did great.

I think the photo quality is poor for the prices charged. Wish I would have bought the image and had them printed elsewhere. Disappointed to say the least.
