Good quality pictures.
Pictures arrived a week after ordering through standard shipping. It was nice to receive them so quickly.
I paid for an 8x10 photo of my son walking across the stage. Unbeknownst to me, the proof was clear but once it was blown up it was blurry. It was then shipped in a mailing envelope that despite the fact that it said ‘do not bend’, the mailman bent it to fit in my mailbox. I feel like it was the biggest waste of $25. At least I have my memories. I definitely won’t order anything else for the rest of the family.

I appreciated the photo and how quick it was before walking at graduation. The ordering and shipping was nice and timely as well. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the photo. The print was blurry, and some colors were distorted.

Some of the 5X7s had bent or marred edges. Packaging improvement for unframed photos would fix the issue.
Small details were not looked after, like making sure the diploma cover was being held straight and finger placement on the diploma cover. The diploma cover was cut in half for the printed pictures no matter how it was sized. I also never received my code for the video of our grad walking to get their diploma.
All of my pictures were pretty terrible - and I got no photo of walking across the stage. The photographer was one row ahead when they started the speeches, and instead of continue they just stopped taking photos (meaning my whole row didn’t get a photo). Whatever they did to edit the diploma photo turned my black and neon green hair into a weird shade of brown. I was hoping there would be photo booths after the ceremony for photos with my family. I emailed in hopes they would fix the diploma photo editing issue so that I could purchase the photos and never got a response. I really wanted to commemorate my special day but couldn’t.

I only had really one picture from the ceremony clearly of myself. The rest that it said I was in, I was just in the background or only half of my face was in the picture.

For what was charged your customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Your receipt said to expect the photos in 2 - 3 weeks so I patiently waited. INSTEAD, the photos was sent to my junk folder. When I reached out to Customer Service YOU KNEW THIS but did not inform us.
I would have expected an email stating that my photos were delivered ESPECIALLY since you knew there was a high probability that it would be in my junk folder. THIS should have been explained in the email receipt or a separate notification should have been sent. Your PRICES are ridiculous....and service is TERRIBLE
I was still moving in my photo where I was supposed to be standing still with my diploma. My mouth was still open and it felt like the photo team unfortunately didn’t care or retake or fix the photos.
Ease of ordering, quality prints. THE PHOTOGRAPHER was NOT the best - he failed to recognize that his flash would reflect off the diploma cover making it more difficult to read in a main shot, but the overall pictures front and center were nice to have.
He is not centered in any of the photos. He said they were rushed up there snap, snap… next! I would have given a 10 had he been in the center of the picture.
It wasn't explained when ordering the double picture in a frame that it was an all in one photo with a graphic pic of frames around the photos. And the frame was plastic and not wood. According to the website, it said 2 pics in a frame. Was disappointed it wasn't 2 separate pics in a matted frame with a wooden frame. It looks very nice but not what I expected. I was pleased with how fast I received the order. That part was greatly appreciated.
Very fast delivery. I ordered on Wednesday and I received on Saturday. I like my frame.
the qr code was intended for the graduate but they are unable to do it because of the ceramony and it made it difficult to get codes that are sent to the graduate when preparing for the email after the pictures are taken. also maybe 2 different poses and allow us to pick the background since its green screened... but other than that the products came in rather quick and the quality was awesome.
