Very easy to get the proofs, to order then fast delivery of prints
For what was charged your customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Your receipt said to expect the photos in 2 - 3 weeks so I patiently waited. INSTEAD, the photos was sent to my junk folder. When I reached out to Customer Service YOU KNEW THIS but did not inform us.
I would have expected an email stating that my photos were delivered ESPECIALLY since you knew there was a high probability that it would be in my junk folder. THIS should have been explained in the email receipt or a separate notification should have been sent. Your PRICES are ridiculous....and service is TERRIBLE
I was still moving in my photo where I was supposed to be standing still with my diploma. My mouth was still open and it felt like the photo team unfortunately didn’t care or retake or fix the photos.
Ease of ordering, quality prints. THE PHOTOGRAPHER was NOT the best - he failed to recognize that his flash would reflect off the diploma cover making it more difficult to read in a main shot, but the overall pictures front and center were nice to have.
He is not centered in any of the photos. He said they were rushed up there snap, snap… next! I would have given a 10 had he been in the center of the picture.
It wasn't explained when ordering the double picture in a frame that it was an all in one photo with a graphic pic of frames around the photos. And the frame was plastic and not wood. According to the website, it said 2 pics in a frame. Was disappointed it wasn't 2 separate pics in a matted frame with a wooden frame. It looks very nice but not what I expected. I was pleased with how fast I received the order. That part was greatly appreciated.
Very fast delivery. I ordered on Wednesday and I received on Saturday. I like my frame.
the qr code was intended for the graduate but they are unable to do it because of the ceramony and it made it difficult to get codes that are sent to the graduate when preparing for the email after the pictures are taken. also maybe 2 different poses and allow us to pick the background since its green screened... but other than that the products came in rather quick and the quality was awesome.
The cost of digital pictures are way too expensive.

There was a lot more pictures taken then what was shown so providing all images that were taken, I would say that’s the biggest thing.
Make it more affordable
Everything is easy to find/ purchase and the different options for backgrounds/ edits on the portraits are very nice.
It was wonderful to get pictures of our grad that we did not have access to. Thank you for capturing a special time in her life and offering us memories to last a lifetime.

I ordered a mug and the logo and my picture were blurry. You also wrote "concordia college" when it is "concordia university"

I’m sure you don’t truly acknowledge this feedback that you probably get all the time, but the prices are DISGUSTINGLY HIGH. Clearly something is wrong with your business model if you have to charge $60+ for ONE DIGITAL PHOTO. Please please please take this into consideration and stop ripping off students :)
quick pictures
Too expensive for prints that look similar to Walmart glossy print photos. Thought they would be thicker. For such a high price should be thick well done photos.
I liked being able to select the background I wanted on the photo.
The angles from the stage with the dean were not good. Seem like the photographer height of the stick was not good.
I placed an order on May 16, and the tracking just shows that it’s sitting somewhere in Michigan waiting for the item to arrive. It’s been like that for many days. At this point, I don’t think I’m ever going to get what I ordered and if that’s the case, I deserve a refund. Name removed
Easy ordering, quick shipping
There were more pictures added a few weeks later that I would like but I won’t be able to add them to an existing bundle I purchased so I’d be paying full price.
Pictures were great! We are happy with them.
We just had another college graduation in December and the photo was with the college president and they were both looking at the camera and diploma case was also facing forward in picture.
In smaller universities students know the president even better and thus would have been a nice picture to purchase.
I really appreciated the reminders and updates before the commencement. I also really appreciated the help at the commencement.
I only had really one picture from the ceremony clearly of myself. The rest that it said I was in, I was just in the background or only half of my face was in the picture.
