I felt like the whole process went smoothly and we knew the expectations all the way through!
The biggest sized picture arrived with some fray edges
Best pics he’s ever had
My pictures were not very well protected with the one thin piece of cardboard inside the envelope. My picture was creased to the point were I won’t display it.
The pictures I ordered looked decent and I’m happy with them. It’s just the delivery/postal service I’m upset with because they came with damaged corners to the pictures. Not protected well enough in the envelope.
It was easy to order our photo. It arrived in great shape!
The picture quality are bad and the prizes are too too too high
It was great
Efficient
The photos are just way too expensive.
Website easy to use, prices are reasonable, and shipping was fast. Thanks so much for the great service.
The photos were great but it could be better. I like them.
The service is fast and technologically advanced to help facilitate rapid and efficient response returns. Ordering was a breeze, and the turnaround time was quick.
Super easy and felt the pricing was reasonable.
My picture were not as clear in person as they appeared to be online. Also wher taken the photos there was no way to remove background people to purchase photos. Everyone of my photos looked like I needed to pay more for them to look professional. Next year for my masters I will not be purchasing photos from this company I will get them done beforehand. I’m very unhappy with my over $100.00 dollars purchase!
Ease of ordering. Fast service. Good quality.
The price for one digital photo copy is just ridiculous. If it wasn't for the grad wanting one (two really) I would NOT have bought anything. Also, from the selection of photos, there was another student right in the front smiling while my grad was in the background. There were two to three pictures like that. Lower the price of digital photos, especially if no cropping or added info on the picture is needed.
Picture quality and speed of delivery
Great quality pictures and received very quickly
No option to purchase single download of photo.
Quick turnaround and good quality.
Quality photos! You captured the smiles and handshakes of grads very well. No blurry or "looking away" pics.
Great pictures and great communication
Snap more pictures so there are more options if someone has a weird look on their face
I liked the people that worked for graduation, I just wasn't paying that price
Wildly expensive and one of my photos that I purchased was totally blurry, which I couldn't tell from the distorted thumbnail. Stop charging so much--it's ridiculous.
I am incredibly disappointed and frankly disgusted by the exploitative pricing model your company employs. Charging $60 for a single PNG image—and nearly $200 for a handful—is a blatant cash grab, especially considering the audience you’re targeting: graduating students and their families during one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. You leverage the fact that students don’t have access to professional cameras, controlled environments, or the ability to be front and center during the ceremony, and then use that exclusivity to price-gouge at an absurd and unjustifiable level.
What should be a celebration of years of hard work and achievement is turned into a moment of frustration and resentment. Instead of feeling proud and honored, I feel used. You know full well that most families will pay whatever they can to have those memories preserved—and you exploit that vulnerability. It’s not just disappointing; it’s predatory. The service itself wasn’t extraordinary—it was the monopoly you had on capturing that moment that made it feel necessary, and you exploited it shamelessly.
If you truly care about feedback and want to make things right, start by reassessing your pricing structure to reflect fairness and accessibility. These are memories, not luxury goods. Your current model reeks of opportunism, not celebration. I expected to remember my graduation with joy; instead, I remember the bitter feeling of being taken advantage of.

There was no direction on which camera the professional pictures would be taken with.
