It's not like we have a choice who takes our kids graduation pics. I think the price is very high for a digital image. But, you have the market and can charge what you want.
Fast delivery.
Photo was not packaged very well (one thin piece of cardboard to protect it) so it was bent upon arrival. Lighting on picture was too dark.

Pictures came back fast and very bright and clear.
Every photo was blurry. I spent 50 dollars on an important day that was very blurry.
We ordered 4 magnets and the photo quality was very poor, the picture was very blurry and overexposed

The order process was easy and fast. The only thing that I was not happy with was the format of the pictures. When I go to print, regardless of size, the top of the image is cut off. Is there anything you can suggest to fix this?

Said that I had an MBA when it was a bachelors in accounting and my pics as I walked across the stage were disrupted by the greeters reaction to a flying bug- not her fault but those are permanent pictures.
I ordered my digital photos 5/11/25, never received the email with the downloads, only the receipt. Contacted customer service via email, order weas resubmitted 5/19/25. Again, never received the email with photo downloads; only the resubmission email. I had checked spam/junk folders and Barracuda email filter several times since original order was placed to no avail.
I ended up having to call on 5/30/25, spoke to Kirsten who had to email the photos to herself and then to me, at which point my digital download email arrived to both email addresses provided.
You need to look into this issue. I cannot possibly be the only one who went through this for digital photos of my graduation.
The only reason you didn't receive a rating of 1 instead of the 4 I gave is because of Kirsten Thivierge. Please recognize her for her help and efficiency in solving this issue.
