Pictures look wonderful and were shipped promptly.
In comparison to previous grad pics of other siblings these pictues did not seem to be as professional. We would have liked to have a full length formal picture. Additionally I think the photographer could have been a bit better at capturing photos when the dipolma was received. Order experience was very good however as well as the prompt delivery!
Lots of choices and many price points
Easy to order and received quickly
Unable to download multiple photos without having to pay and only got to download the one without paying because my school paid for it essentially and sent us codes. Annoying emails sent daily despite unsubscribing multiple times. Egregious prices for any physical photos and didn't even get a second to fix my hair/wasn't told I had a hair sticking out of my cap so I would have to pay for additional editing which was also outrageously priced. My last college just gave us our photos with no issues and I had about 6 taken FOR FREE no code needed. Also, the identification set up to get notified for my photos was a mess for me to set up and I couldn't even upload or take a photo, I had to use a whole different device just to do that. I'm not sure if this company is directly tired to that but it didn't help the experience at all.

The picture quality is extremely low. They charged me $125 feamed with three pictures. It’s literally a print out of separation of the pictures and a print out of my name and degree all in one. The frame was cheap plastic that I can buy for $0.99c. What a ripoff. Also the picture quality is not good especially the one on the stage shaking hands with the professor. It was dark. The other pictures were on the go. I mean there should be a better way of taking pictures instead of rushed picture right before getting on the stage. We waiting long time in line to get on the stage and that’s when the pictures should be taken in a relaxed environment rather than while rushing to get on the stage

Didn’t like the picture
The quality of the prints, the variety, prices and quick shipment!! I received HS grad photos from another company for Ralston Valley in Arvada and they were higher priced and not nearly as nice. Very happy with my order!
While the pictures were nicely framed and you all got some lovely candid shots, I was very disappointed that we paid so much and the file sizes were only 1MB-1.5MB in size. For the money we paid, we expected nothing less than 5MB per file.
My daughters pictures were very good quality.
Lower the prices. It’s a little steep for single photos.

The woman who photographed us at the Allied Health Awards Ceremony was so friendly!! She was absolutely fantastic and made taking pictures fun and not at all stressful. She took some really good ones of me and my family that I happily purchased.
I really didn’t care for any pictures that were taken. I feel the photographer could have captured better angels. The hooding ceremony really interfered with the wardrobe so of course all pictures taken after that were terrible. I also would have liked a custom package option for the purchasing of the pictures.
